  • AED. 20 Delivery charge for orders under AED. 200

  • Delivery Time: within 3 – 5 Working Days

GCC Countries

  • Delivery Charge: It will be calculated at the checkout, depending on the order weight

  • Delivery Time: 10 – 15 Working Days

  • Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying any custom duty and / or local TAX / VAT

Other Countries

  • Delivery Charge: It will be calculated at the checkout, depending on the order weight

    Returns

    United Arab Emirates:

    • 30 days free return or exchange on unused, damaged & defected products in their original packaging
    • 100% refund to the original payment method

    GCC & Other Countries:

    • 30 days free return on  damaged & defected products
    • Returns for reasons other than mentioned above, the customer will have to bare the shipping charges.
    • 100% refund of the order value to the original payment method. Please note any local custom duty, and / or TAX / VAT charged by your country will not be our responsibility.
